Make It Monday - Outdoor Napping... Yes Please!

I have an antique iron headboard that has been sitting in the backyard for quite some time. I painted it a cream color and have left it sitting in the elements in hopes that it would rust and wear naturally. That isn't happening so I think I will force the process with some good old fashioned paint remover.

Anyway, I would love to have a frame built for it and turn it into an outdoor bed. Maybe something like this...

Food Friday... Opening day of our local Farmer's Market!

Yesterday was the opening day of our Hometown Farmer's Market! Chandler and I headed over early to get first dibs on the fresh veggies and produce.

I love fresh beets...

The sweetest cherries EVER!Picked up several of these nectarines. I think I will grill a couple for dessert one night...
We purchased lots of yummy strawberries from this adorable couple.

I want to make a strawberry panzanella like this one...
