A summer gourmet snow cone business! I think this would be a hit in my area! Fresher than Fresh Snow Cones are made using all natural syrups made from fresh fruit and herbs. A sample of their gourmet flavors:
LEMON PRICKLY PEAR
BLACKBERRY LAVENDER
LIME MINT
GREEN TEA PEAR
PINEAPPLE & SERRANO PEPPER
WATERMELON BASIL
ESPRESSO & MEXICAN CANE SUGAR
Don't they all sound so yummy! Now I must look for a trailer, learn to make unique flavor combinations, purchase a shaved ice machine and set-up shop! Ok, so I know I won't be able to open my own, but maybe they can open one here!
